2. How can I ensure I'll like the mystery bag? What if I don't like it?

We will have perennial favourites and crowd pleasers in our bags and we believe most people will like most of the items we have included. But we have got to be honest here. You won't always like what you get. We once got Yardlong beans and we didn't like it too but in the name of health, we became creative and fried them in Bee Hoon so we wouldn't taste it haha. So we encourage you to be creative with what you don't like so you will enjoy the nutrients without tasting it. Who knows it might become an acquired taste!

4. How many meals worth of ingredients does the Mystery Bag have?

This really depends on how many people you are feeding. We will venture to say that you can cook 5 to 8 dishes with it based on our recommended recipes. Each dish would serve a good 2 to 4 portion.

1. What is group buy?

Group buys are wonderful! They allow people who live around each other to pool their purchase together to get good deals and/or save on delivery costs.

2. How do I become a group buy host?

You can fill up the Google Form here to join us as a Group Buy Host.

3. How do I order under a group buy host?

Currently, the Group Buy Hosts are doing it manually over WhatsApp Group Chat and each one does it slightly differently. In time to come, you can make your order directly from our website and collect from your Group Buy Host.

4. How do I collect the goods from a group buy host?

There will be a set date for collection and when your group's Mystery Bags arrive, your Group Buy Host will inform everyone in the group chat.

You will be given an indicative date for delivery when you place your order. We will send you a WhatsApp message to confirm the delivery date one day before delivery.

2. How will I receive my order?

For individual orders, you will receive your Mystery Bag at your doorstep. For group buy orders, please proceed to your Group Buy Host's address to collect your Mystery Bag.

3. Is it possible to get free delivery?

We are working to make that possible. Meanwhile, we encourage you to organise group buys with your friends and neighbours to save on the delivery costs. Sending the orders to one place also helps us to save on petrol and carbon emission. Hope you care about Mother Earth as much as we do!

1. How do I make payment?

Payments can be made via PayNow on your phone or on your computer.

2. What if I don't have PayNow?

PayNow is a very convenient way to make payments. You can download the application from the relevant App Stores.

3. Why can't I pay by credit card?

As we are trying to bring organic fruits and vegetables to people at the cost of regular vegetables, we are very conscious about keeping costs low. PayNow has one of the lowest transactions fees now and the cost savings are passed on to the customers.
